Packing and Postage | All p&p is charged as follows:
National (UK) | FREE
Rest of Europe | FREE
Rest of the World | FREE
Delivery | By first class mail (UK) or Airmail. Times vary as follows:
1-3 days for UK
3-5 days for the Rest of Europe
5-7 Days or more for the Rest of the World.
Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched
within 2-3 working days.
A receipt for all items will be included.
Delivery within 28 days is expected, in accordance with ASA rules.

CODE OF PRACTICE

We hope you will be happy with any products you by from us, and follow the
codes for Distance Selling set by the ASA. For a full version of the codes visit

The relevant points are summarised below.

You will be accurately informed of
a) the nature of the product you order,
b) any packing and postage costs,
c) any VAT charges,
d) estimated delivery times,
e) your right to return goods (see below).
You have the right to cancel any order before it is a) paid for or
b) dispatched, by writing to or emailing us. If it has already been dispatched,
it must be returned undamaged within 7 days (see below).
In addition, a full refund will be given on a) goods damaged when received
(return postage will be paid) b) any unwanted goods returned undamaged
within 7 days (return postage will not be paid).
We will also refund or replace items dispatched but not received.
When returning goods, we advise you to obtain proof of posting.
